Review the menu on the top of the web-page & Email the following information to bendfirefare@gmail.com 

1) Date, location & time of your Central Oregon event

2) Estimated guest count

3) Preferred menu selections or customized menu requests 

4) Include any special requests, dietary restrictions or allergies  

5) Add details regarding your preferred service style - plated, buffet, family style, etc. 

6) Are you celebrating something special? Please let us know

7) What is your target budget range per person? We will make efforts to accommodate your needs 

You will receive your preliminary estimate or an email inquiry about your event within 24 hours of your email request. Estimates are not final invoices.

Your final; guest count, adjustments and event details are due 10 days prior to the event date. The actual invoice and menu plan will reflect your final updates.
