To get your estimate;

Review the menu on the top of the web-page & Email the following information to bendfirefare@gmail.com

1) Date, location & time of your Central Oregon event

2) Estimated guest count

3) Preferred menu selections or customized menu requests 

4) Include any; special requests, celebratory notes, dietary restrictions or allergies  

5) Add details regarding your preferred service style - plated, buffet, family style, etc. 

You will receive your preliminary estimate or an email inquiry about your event within 24-48 hours of your email request. Estimates are not final invoices.

Your final; guest count, adjustments and event details are due 10 days prior to the event date. The actual invoice and menu plan will reflect your final updates.
